2. Ordering and Payment
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Payment is securely processed via our payment partners, such as iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, or credit card (depending on your country).
All prices are in euros and include VAT.

3. Shipping
We ship from the Netherlands worldwide.
Within the Netherlands, you will usually receive your order within 1–3 business days.
Orders over €20 are shipped for free, and for orders under €20, a shipping fee of €4.95 applies.

4. Returns
Not satisfied? We’re sorry, but no worries.
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will refund the purchase amount.

5. Product Information
We do our best to display photos and descriptions as accurately as possible.
Small color or shape differences may occur, especially with handmade jewelry.
